The personal fitness trainer comes to your home, office, etc.- whatever time is best for you and works within the trainer’s schedule. Two to three times per week is most effective. Your sessions are 45 minutes. This involves resistance training and stretching and is designed specifically for your goals and needs. Cardio may even be involved in certain cases. The equipment comes to you as well- so there is no need to battle the weather or traffic to get a great workout. Getting an exercise bench will be necessary to obtain your goals. However, it is not necessary to invest in large, expensive equipment.
Stephanie Burle has been fulfilling her passion as a personal trainer since 2005. She graduated from the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) in which she participated in a 500 hour program with coursework, practical experience, and 100 hours of nutrition. She is certified in CPR and AED. She also has a Bachelors Degree from Oakland University and a minor in Exercise Science.
Stephanie will not only motivate and instruct you during sessions, but will assist you in making lifestyle changes. She can set up your cardio programs and be your nutritional consultant. Her goal is to help you get the most out of your fitness experience. She will make it as enjoyable as possible, while helping you achieve your desired goals.
