Stephanie Burle has been fulfilling her passion as a personal trainer since 2005. She graduated from the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) in which she participated in a 500 hour program with coursework, practical experience, and 100 hours of nutrition. She is certified in CPR, AED, and First Aid. She also has a Bachelors Degree from Oakland University and a minor in Exercise Science.
Stephanie will not only motivate and instruct you during sessions, but will assist you in making lifestyle changes. She can set up your cardio programs and be your nutritional consultant. Her goal is to help you get the most out of your fitness experience. She will make it as enjoyable as possible, while helping you achieve your desired goals.
Stephanie has had extensive experience working with the older adult population. However, she enjoys working with those of all ages. She has worked with individuals from age 10 to age 95. She is a certified Tai Chi Instructor.
