Stephanie is a certified Tai Chi Instructor through the Tai Chi for Health Institute. She is certified in Tai Chi for Arthritis, Seated Tai Chi for Arthritis, Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention, and Tai Chi for Energy. Tai Chi can result in increased strength, increased balance, reduced stress, and many other benefits as well. You can choose to do individual Tai Chi Lessons or Tai Chi can also be included in part of an exercise session.
