  • Crunchy Cranberry and Spinach Salad

    6 cups baby spinach
    1 cup celery hearts-sliced
    1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
    1 cup pre-packaged cole slaw
    1/2 cup dried cranberries
    1/2 cup walnuts
    raspberry vinaigrette dressing- to taste

    Combine all ingredients and toss with desired amount of dressing prior to serving. Serves 6-8.

  • Roasted Broccoli

    1. Cut broccoli into florets
    2. Put salt and olive oil on them
    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 mins or until slightly brown
